WHO:        4-H members in the 7th, 8th, and 9th Grades (one adult for each 10 delegates of each sex)

 COST:       $95 per delegate; $105. after 12/1/08

Registration forms are available at the UCCE office and must be returned by November 30, 2008

Check in on Friday, January 30, 2009 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm

 

Registration forms are available at the UCCE Office or on the California 4-H State site and must be returned to the UCCE Office in Kings County by November 30, 2008.  The fee includes registration materials, lodging for two nights, three meals on Saturday and one meal on Sunday, and snacks.   

 

Goals for LCORT include defining and developing leadership skills, meeting and sharing new ideas with peers and having fun!

 

 

 

The Kings County 4-H Council is offering eight scholarships of $40.00 each to members to attend LCORT.  Members must be in at least their second year of 4-H this year and submit a completed record book for the 2007-08 club year to qualify.  The scholarships will be awarded to the first eight members to submit their record book from last year and request a scholarship.  A waiting list will be maintained after the first eight in case one of those does not attend.  Members may only receive this scholarship once. 

 

Chaperone costs will be paid for the number of leaders needed for our quota.  Chaperones must be officially appointed 4-H leaders.
