The Kings County 4-H Sponsor's Fund raises funds to be spent on local youth through the Kings County 4-H Program. The budget is set and funded jointly by the Sponsor's Fund Committee and the Kings County 4-H Council made up of the volunteers who work directly with the youth.

Approximately half the money is raised through donations and the other half by the hard work of members and leaders on their annual 4-H Council Bar-b-que.

All funds are used for activities and awards for local youth. None are used for salaries or administrative costs other than a small amount of postage.

4-H is a program of the University of California Cooperative Extension. Our mission is the education of youth through hands-on, learn-by-doing activities. Tax-deductible contributions may be made payable to: Kings County 4-H Clubs 680 N. Campus Drive, Suite A Hanford, CA 93230.
