Council-4-H Kings County

The Council is made up of all 4-H volunteers in the county plus one youth member from each club who is at least 16 years old. All 4-H leaders in Kings County are voting members of the 4-H council-not just the community Club Leaders! The meetings are open to all interested persons.

The Kings County 4-H Council meets monthly to plan countywide events and activities and review and revise policies for the county 4-H program.

All meetings are held at the UC cooperative Extension Offfice, 680 N. Campus Drive, Hanford.

Scheduled Council meetings for the 2009-2010  year are:

  • Council Potluck- August 3 Monday at 6:30 pm
  • September 1, 2009 7:00 pm
  • October 6, 2009 7:00 pm
  • November 3, 2009 7:00 pm
  • January 5, 2010 7:00 pm
  • February 2, 2010 7:00 pm
  • March 2, 2010 7:00 pm
  • April 6, 2010 7:00 pm
  • May 4, 2010 7:00 pm
  • Council Potluck- August 2 Monday at 6:30 pm
